GRATUITIES

We do not accept gratuities for technicians through credit, debit, or gift cards. Gratuities are accepted in the form of CASH, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, or Apple Pay.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept CASH, Visa, Master Card, Discover, Cosmo Nail Lounge gift certificate, and Apple Pay. Cash payment will receive 5% cash card discount. We DO NOT accept personal checks.

REFUNDS

Services are NON-REFUNDABLE. If for any reason you are unhappy and dissatisfied with your service, we will be happy to fix it for you. Please address the issue and concern with the manager. Our goal is to make every customer happy!

PERSONAL ITEMS

COSMO NAIL LOUNGE is not responsible for personal items that are lost or stolen at our salon. Please be cautious of your own belongings.

APPOINTMENT

Cosmo Nail Lounge is mainly walk-ins basis. We do offer appointments. However, scheduling an appointment guarantees service and priority, but does not guarantee your service will begin at the requested time. Estimated and actual service times may vary. Please allow for extra time in your schedule when making an appointment. If you need to be done at a specific time please let the front desk know and we’ll be glad to let you know if it can be accommodated. The time block for each service is an estimated value based on typical average time spent. Actual service time may vary depending on the selection of services at check-in and the condition of each customer.

PRICING

Listed price for each service (especially when booking online) is for the lowest price option. Actual pricing may vary depending on the customer’s requests. Please consult with your technician prior to service if you are unsure about pricing.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

COSMO NAIL LOUNGE reserves the rights to refuse service to anyone who mistreats our technicians or make them feel uncomfortable providing the service, behaving improperly, intoxicated, jeopardizing the safety of others, or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service
